Mary Ellen McMahon is the CEO and Owner of Daily Administrative Solutions. As a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers with 22 years experience in the field of Daily Money Management, she is widely respected in the Industry.

Mary Ellen is a Certified Professional Daily Money Manager (CDMM) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). This requires her to pass an exam, undergo a background check, adhere to a strict code of professional ethics and renew every 3 years with continuing education. Prior to launching Daily Administrative Solutions in 2019, Mary Ellen served for 10 years as the founding Partner of Smart Daily Administrators, a full service Daily Money Management Company located in White Plains, NY. Prior to 2009, Mary Ellen was President and owner of Making It Happen Inc, a predecessor daily money management company that garnered her local attention, high net worth and celebrity clientele.

Mary Ellen was asked to give the August 2018 educational webinar for the SCSA entitled: Steering Clear of Costly Mistakes: Guiding Seniors Through the Eyes of a PDMM. The webinar showcased her vast depth of knowledge in a wide variety of key areas and was well received throughout the country including the US Virgin Islands.

Mary Ellen is a champion of the underdog and has worked with families facing difficult situations such as anxiety, depression, mental illness, Alzheimer's and various types of dementia. She has worked with families facing other serious medical conditions such as macular degeneration, spinal cord injuries and cerebral palsy. Mary Ellen has completed the 12 week NAMI Family to Family Program sponsored by the National Alliance of Mental Illness. She shows a real sense of purpose as she works with compassion and enables her clients to maintain their dignity.
